Angelica Frandsen – Founder, Asiste Executive Support
Angelica Frandsen is the founder of Asiste Executive Support, a virtual assistant agency dedicated to empowering purpose-driven leaders through high-level executive support.
With a background as a Registered Nurse spanning almost a decade, Angelica developed a deep foundation in clear communication, calm under pressure, and people-first service. Her transition into the executive support field was fuelled by a desire to combine those strengths with strategic leadership—earning postgraduate qualifications in Leadership and Business Administration to support that move.
Over the past four years, Angelica has specialised in supporting leaders within the not-for-profit sector, where her values—integrity, impact, and service—are closely aligned. Her ability to bring clarity to complexity, create structure from ambiguity, and anticipate the needs of executives has become the hallmark of her approach.
Now, through Asiste, Angelica leads a team committed to delivering seamless, thoughtful, and high-integrity support to organisations and founders who are changing the world. Whether it’s designing systems, managing calendars, or handling the unexpected, Angelica is known for her ability to get things done—calmly, efficiently, and always with heart.
